B'Earthed Doula's ultimate support package is the perfect choice for expecting mothers who want a reliable and experienced doula by their side every step of the way. From pregnancy to postpartum, I will provide you with the guidance and support you need to ensure a and stress-free journey. Let me help you bring your little one into the world with confidence and peace of mind.

3 x 2.5 hours personalised childbirth education - evidence-based, practical skills, emotional support, and information to help you make informed decisions

Develop your Birth Map® - a complete map for your birth in both digital and hard copy to share with your care providers.

Continuous email/text/phone support throughout pregnancy

On call from 38 weeks until baby is born - available to you by phone 24/
​
Complete labour and birth support, at home and/or in the hospital
​
Access to birth ball, TENS machine, electric heat pack, and many other tools in my doula bag

1 x 2 hour postpartum visit - will include a birth debrief, emotional and practical support
(Add extra post partum support by arrangement)

Last Minute Birth Support (37+ weeks)
Are you nearing your estimated due date and still have some doubts fears to work through? Our last minute doula support service is here to help you with a confidence boost and some help with your birth preparation. We'll work with you to develop Birth Map that will help you feel more prepared and confident for your birth. I will meet you where you are and support you through this journey.

Birth Only Support
If you know you want but want someone in your corner during labor, I am here to provide emotional and practical support. Whether you're a first-time parent or have been it before, I can help you and your partner feel more supported during this special time.
1 - 2 hour meet up prior to your estimated due date to discuss your birthing preferences and answer any questions and/or address any concerns you have.

Sibling Doula Support
Are you looking for someone to care for your older children during labour and birth? You can call on me at any stage during labour and I will guide children through this time, meeting their emotional and practical needs. You can focus on welcoming your new baby into the world.

1 x visit in your home with you and your family to talk about your needs and the needs of your child
2 x 1 hour play date in your home, usually around 36 and 37 weeks, so we can get to know each other
On call from 38 weeks until your baby is born
From the onset of labour I will come to you when you are ready and stay with your child as long as you need
Entertaining, playing with, and comforting your child
Explaining the birth process to the child (age appropriate)
Helping you to involve your child in the birth process as much as you desire
Making sure your child gets food, drinks, and rest (nap or overnight)
Creating special memories for the child around their siblings birth

Investment: $35 /hour with maximum fee of $500
