With personalised childbirth education, Birth Cartography®, and birth preparation, you can rest assured that you will well-informed and empowered throughout your pregnancy journey. Mini Doula Session

Do you still have some doubts or fears to work through, even after doing a lot of preparation?

Perhaps investing in full birth support with a Doula is not feasible for you at the moment, but you could use a confidence boost and some help with your birth preparation.

Is your partner feeling a little lost about his/her role in supporting you & would like some tips & encouragement?

These sessions focus on whatever your needs are during pregnancy and in the lead up to your birth. You will be sent a form to complete on booking so that the session is tailored to you.

We can meet at your home, your favourite cafe or another place of your choice.

Investment: $60 per hour

Personalised Childbirth Education Classes

This personalised childbirth education class is evidence-based and designed to provide you with practical skills, emotional support, and information to help you make informed decisions during your pregnancy and birth. All content is tailored to your previous experiences, values, and personal requirements, ensuring that you receive the most relevant and useful information possible. I will guide you through everything, answer any questions you have, giving you the tools you need to feel confident and prepared for this exciting new chapter.

3 x 2.5 hours sessions or 2 x 4 hours sessions

Birth Mapping®

Although we often refer to birth as a journey, we don't prepare for it as such. Instead of just making a plan, we need a map. We'll create a map with multiple routes, accounting for roadblocks, uncontrollable aspects of birth, and diversions. You'll make informed decisions and know which way to go. Remember, it's okay things don't go exactly planned.

Are you ready to take control of your birth journey?

Sessions are spread throughout your pregnancy to work on developing your Birth Map®.
At the end of the sessions you will have a complete map for your birth in both digital and hard copy to share with your care providers.
